General Shipping Information
- Depending on the value, weight and dimensions of your package, we will select the least expensive shipping option.
- There may not be tracking available in this case; however, this method allows us to offer low flat rate shipping to all of our buyers.
- If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and the package is returned to us we will offer to:
- re-ship the package at the customer's expense, or
- refund the order less the shipping fees.
- If we made the error, we will either:
- reship the package to you at our expense, or
- refund the entire amount of the purchase including shipping fees.
US and Canada Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates
- We charge a flat rate of $5 for regular shipping across the US
- Across Canada the flat rate is $9.
- If you spend over $50, shipping will be free.
- Arrival times for most products are an average of 2 - 10 business days depending on the destination.
- Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may take longer to arrive
- For printed fabric items (pillows, tote bags, etc.) delivery time estimates are between 10-25 Days as these are shipped from our partner in Asia.
