Shipping and Returns

Important January Shipping Information

Some of our products are shipped from overseas.  Due to holidays in these regions there may be shipping delays on some products ordered between January 12th and February 1st.  

The following products will NOT experience any shipping delays:

  • Christmas Stockings
  • Plush Scarves
  • Mini Masterpiece Pendants
  • Friendship Lamps

For all other products ordered between January 12th and February 1st, please add an additional 10 to 14 days to the shipping times listed below (unless otherwise stated in the product listing). 

Production Time

  • Some of our items are handmade to order (i.e. cloth items such as t-shirts, stockings, scarves, etc.) so production time varies from 2 to 5 days depending on the item being ordered.  
  • Please remember to add this processing time onto anticipated delivery times.  Please inquire before ordering if you need a specific shipping date.   

General Shipping Information

  • Depending on the value, weight and dimensions of your package, we will select the least expensive shipping option.  
    • There may not be tracking available in this case; however, this method allows us to offer low flat rate shipping to all of our buyers.

Incorrect Addresses

  • If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer and the package is returned to us we will offer to:
    • re-ship the package at the customer's expense, or
    • refund the order less the shipping fees. 
  • If we made the error, we will either:
    • reship the package to you at our expense, or
    • refund the entire amount of the purchase including shipping fees.  

US and Canada Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

  • We charge a flat rate of $4.95 for regular shipping across the US
  • Across Canada the flat rate is $8.95.  
  • Arrival times are between 14-25 Days for most products (unless stated otherwise in the product description or in November and December).
  • Once the item is in the Postal Service there is no way for us to guarantee delivery (tracking is often available depending on the shipping method used).  
  • If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but can't be located we will not able to provide a refund since delivery was successful.  
  • If the package was stolen from the front door we cannot provide a refund as this is beyond our control. 

International Shipping Costs and Delivery Estimates

  • International shipping is a flat rate of $14.95 to most countries (see below).
  • delivery time estimates are between 14-28 days (unless stated otherwise in the product description or in November and Decemberto the following countries:
    • Australia, France, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland,  Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Singapore, Turkey, Ukraine.
  • For delivery to other International destinations please allow additional time and shipping cost.  

Customs and Import

  • Customers are solely responsible for Customs and Import duties
  • To find out how these charges are assessed, we suggest that customers contact the local customs office

Returns

  • Contact us within 15 days after you have received your order and indicate what the problem is.  
  • Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received
    • Note:  for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.  
    • There are no returns on customized/personalized items.  
  • return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
    • Please use a trackable shipping option when returning your item as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.  
  • Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees and will be credited back to the original method of payment.  
    • Please allow up to 4 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
